ISACA appraisal validates defined, repeatable service delivery at Netsync.

HOUSTON, November 14, 2025—Netsync Network Solutions and its Professional & Managed Services practice announced that it has been appraised at level 3 of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®).

CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance, and aligning operations to business goals.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates Netsync’s Professional & Managed Services is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

Netsync’s Professional & Managed Services practice delivers managed collaboration services, managed network services, and security-focused support for public sector, education, healthcare, enterprise, and federally aligned customers across the United States, including initiatives for the City of Houston, Texas Children’s Hospital (Managed Collaboration and Contact Center), and Hillsborough County Public Schools (Managed Network Services).
