CYBERSECURITY IN THE AGE OF AI

AI is not just transforming how organizations work. It is transforming how they get attacked. From shadow AI lurking inside enterprise networks to agentic AI introducing entirely new classes of risk, the threat landscape is evolving faster than most security teams can keep up. The old playbooks are not enough anymore, and the organizations that fail to adapt will find themselves in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

In this three-part on-demand video series, Netsync and Cisco bring together decades of frontline cybersecurity experience to break down what is happening right now and what CISOs need to do about it. These are not theoretical discussions. These are real conversations about the tools, strategies and guardrails that security leaders need to protect their organizations in an AI-driven world.

SHADOW AI, AGENTIC RISK & THE NEW THREAT LANDSCAPE

AI has given bad actors surgical precision and it has given employees new ways to accidentally put your data at risk. This conversation tackles the threats that are already here and the ones arriving faster than most organizations realize.

  • How attackers are using AI to automate vulnerability discovery and launch targeted exploits
  • Why shadow AI is more widespread than most CISOs think and what to do about it
  • How Cisco AI Defense and Netsync’s AI readiness assessments help organizations take control
IDENTITY, ACCESS & SEGMENTATION IN AN AI-DRIVEN WORLD

Passwords and basic MFA are no longer enough. As agentic AI introduces a new type of user to your network, the way you think about identity, privilege access and segmentation has to change or the consequences will be immediate.

  • Why AI agents will test every boundary of your access controls the moment they are misconfigured
  • How micro segmentation limits blast radius when a user or agent is compromised
  • What the convergence of OT and IT networks means for your segmentation strategy
THREAT INTELLIGENCE & AUTOMATION: DOING MORE WITH LESS

Most security teams are stretched thin and drowning in alerts. Threat intelligence paired with smart automation is how organizations cut through the noise, prioritize what matters and respond before attackers get a foothold.

  • How threat intelligence helps security teams focus limited resources on the vulnerabilities that actually matter
  • Why automation and orchestration through tools like XDR and Splunk SOAR are essential to fast incident response
  • How tying threat intelligence to playbooks turns reactive security into proactive defense
